This policy explains what information RankSharp Digital ("we") collects on ranksharpdigital.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

Audit requests: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website and social media links, and any note you write.
Your account: your name, email, a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), business details you add to your profile, and which accesses you have given us.
Orders: the plan you chose, the amount, how you chose to pay and your contact details. Card and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Messages and files you send to our team through your dashboard.
Site usage: which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, stored on our own server so we can see what works. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We also store small settings in your browser, such as whether you see prices in PKR or USD. You can clear these at any time in your browser.

How we use it

To review your business and write your audit and reports.
To run your account, take payments and contact you about your order.
To reply to your messages.
To improve our website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the services that run our website and payments: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (fonts and, if you ask us to, your Google accounts) and PayPal (card payments).

Access to your accounts

When you give us manager or partner access to your Google, Facebook, Instagram or website accounts, we use it only for the work you asked for. You can remove our access at any time. Please never send us passwords; use manager or partner access instead.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable time after, so we can answer questions about past work and payments. Ask us to delete your account and information and we will do it, unless we must keep a record by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply within a few working days.
